This site provides video, photos and articles that document our adventures raising orphaned baby squirrels.
Every so often Life drops a delightful surprise in your lap, just to see if you're paying attention.
In August of 2004 it was our turn.
A couple of 2 week old baby squirrels fell out of a tree, and in to our unsuspecting laps.
Before we knew what was happening somebody talked us in to taking in another rodent refuge, and months of zany adventure with our new friends Oakley, Ripley, and Big Girl began.
That was three years ago, and we're now about to release our third litter of orphaned squirrels.
It looks like we're hooked!
Squirrels-For-You.com documents our adventures with baby squirrels, and will offer some hopefully useful tips you can use to launch the madness at your house, should you choose to do so.
Or should Life choose that you do so.
You never know when some new squirrely friends might be dropping in to visit you. It's best to be prepared. :-)
In the navigation menus below you can find:
- Videos: We have a dozen videos of our own to share, plus more from other squirrel lovers around the world. It's the next best thing to having Oakley crawl in your pocket for a cuddly snooze.
- Photos: Videos may not be practical for modem users, so we also have a selection of photos taken at the same time as the videos.
We hope you'll enjoy your visit. Please send us your suggestions of how we can improve this site. Thanks!
